Our process

Our skill lies in identifying the unique components of a company's character and then collaborating to create a strategy, which is firmly connected to consumer needs, emotions, and competitive environments, to exceed business objectives.

We utilise a craft-led approach, strengthened by extensive years of design experience, to creatively articulate, with honesty and pride, brand identity and proposition to the relevant audience and stakeholders.

Delivering these diverse brand messages, whilst ensuring strategy and design are implemented seamlessly and objectively, means that we can establish consistency across multi-channel campaigns, social activation, animation, film, copywriting, content and events.

  • Our discover stage creates the foundation for the overall project, allowing us to unearth the key information we will use to establish the measurables and objectives.

    We work closely with the leadership team and project stakeholders, holding a discovery session in order to clearly define the strong processes and ways of working, which will ensure the project results meet all criteria, from budget to timelines.

  • We follow the discover stage by immersing ourselves in our client’s market sector, conducting internal and external research.

    This research is then coupled with direct and tangential competitor evaluation, to highlight the current landscape and define potential opportunities and avenues.

    We use these first two stages to truly get ‘under the skin’ of our client’s brand and market, enabling us to see the whole landscape, the people with whom the business interacts and the DNA of what makes each and every brand a unique proposition.

  • Once the overall strategic direction of the project is defined and agreed, we progress onto creating the positioning, overarching messaging matrix and the value proposition statements.

    An organisation’s promise communicates a number of specific benefits (quantified value) and is the primary reason a customer or client should interact with a service or a product. The brand value proposition tells a customer why they should use a company and not the competition (unique differentiation).

    Once the messaging and proposition is agreed, we take these and use the strategic direction to inform the overall design process. We will create concepts that will be applied to selected touchpoints of the brand to highlight its coherence and use in context. These concepts will then be presented in order to agree a chosen direction.

  • The delivery stage is the culmination of the preceding stages, where we capture the finely crafted design and content and implement this across all required touchpoints both effectively and coherently.

    We are experienced at doing this at all scales, from start-ups through to International corporate clients. This ranges from identity design and guidelines through to creative digital campaigns and multi-channel content.
